Alan McKellar

Alan McKellar, MBA, MIS has a strong background in engineering and program management. Alan currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Janus Health since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at Structurely from January 2022 to November 2022. Alan also served as the Director of Engineering at MotoRefi from November 2020 to December 2021, where they led multiple engineering teams and contributed to the growth of the company.

Before joining MotoRefi, Alan worked as a Program Manager at Ace Info Solutions LLC from January 2020 to October 2020. From June 2016 to December 2019, Alan was the Vice President at Rogue Wave Software. In this role, they led a global engineering team in developing and delivering SaaS products and software tools.

Prior to that, Alan held various roles at CA Technologies from 2012 to 2016, including Vice President and Senior Director. Alan played a significant role in turning around the firm's 3rd largest account and achieved high employee engagement and leadership ratings.

In the early years of their career, Alan worked at Hewlett-Packard from 2003 to 2012 in different software development and project management roles. Alan successfully released multiple versions of Network Node Manager (NNMi) and improved build-passing rates for Network Attached Storage (NAS) products.

Alan began their career as a Project Manager at Procter & Gamble from 2000 to 2003, where they completed various projects related to deploying software applications and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Alan has consistently demonstrated leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering quality products and services.

Alan McKellar has a diverse education history. Alan obtained a BA degree from the University of Notre Dame, and later pursued an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Additionally, they completed a Master of Information Systems (MIS) degree from the University of Phoenix.

In 2012, Alan acquired the title of Innovation Games Facilitator from an unspecified institution called CAST 2009. Furthermore, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame in 2021.

Alan McKellar's additional certifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and certifications in Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
