Trenton Alderman

Trenton Alderman's work experience begins in 2011 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Kmart. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at DISH Network in various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Advanced Technical Support, Classroom and On the Job Trainer, Coach/Supervisor, Technical Case Manager, and Beta Software Tester/Analyst. In 2020, Alderman joined Olive as a Product Support Software Engineer, responsible for improving healthcare quality and efficiency through technology and AI. Trenton then became a Team Captain of Product Support Engineering before moving on to their current position as Team Lead of Automation at Janus Health.

Trenton Alderman completed their education at two institutions. Trenton began their academic journey at Virginia Western Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Social Sciences. Following this, Trenton pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences at Radford University, graduating in 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a basic knowledge of Javascript from HackerRank in September 2020.
