Trenton Alderman's work experience begins in 2011 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Kmart. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at DISH Network in various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Advanced Technical Support, Classroom and On the Job Trainer, Coach/Supervisor, Technical Case Manager, and Beta Software Tester/Analyst. In 2020, Alderman joined Olive as a Product Support Software Engineer, responsible for improving healthcare quality and efficiency through technology and AI.
