Charles Brooks

Charles Brooks has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Charles began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Badenoch & Clark in 2004. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Frazer Jones, where they focused on mid-senior level HR roles for major financial institutions and professional services firms. Since 2010, Charles has been with Janus Henderson Investors, first as a Recruitment Manager and currently as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In their current role, they are responsible for adding value through active management and creating the best outcomes for clients.

Charles Brooks attended St Paul's School from 1990 to 2000, but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during that time. Charles then went on to study Psychology at the University of Southampton from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. In 2005 to 2006, Charles attended London Metropolitan University where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology.
