Pamela Infiesto

Pamela Infiesto, CPP, has extensive work experience in the payroll field. Pamela began their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they served as a Software Quality Engineer and received recognition for their innovative ideas. Pamela then joined The Boeing Company as a Systems Engineer, supporting shuttle missions and designing relational databases. After that, they worked at the University of Nevada, Reno as an Instructor, teaching math courses. Pamela then moved on to the Grand Sierra Resort, where they served as a Payroll Supervisor during a system implementation project, overseeing the payroll team for over 2500 employees. Pamela later joined Trinet as a Regional Account Services Manager, leading a team responsible for maximizing client service value. Currently, Pamela is employed at Janus Henderson Investors, where they hold the position of Global Head of Payroll. Pamela is responsible for managing global payroll initiatives and driving operational efficiency in payroll processes for employees in 16 countries worldwide.

Pamela Infiesto, CPP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from CSULA, CA. Pamela also holds a Management Certificate in Human Resources from UNR, Reno, Nevada. In addition to their educational background, Pamela has obtained additional certifications such as the Advanced Global Payroll Management Certificate from the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI) in March 2021 and the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association in October 2015.
