Gustav Croudace

Gustav Croudace has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with their most recent role being the Head of Investment Guidelines EMEA at Janus Henderson Investors. Prior to that, they worked at Barings as the Manager of the Operational Compliance Unit. Gustav also had a role as a thinkFolio Product Specialist at IHS Markit, and as the Fund Operations Manager at Alquity Investment Management. Gustav's early career includes various positions at Man Group, including roles as a Structured Product Analyst, Senior Operations Manager, and Fund Accounting Manager. Gustav started their career as an Auditor at GLS Associates.

Gustav Croudace CFA pursued their education starting from 1989 to 1993 at the University of Cape Town, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry. Following this, they enrolled at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, attending from 1994 to 1998, and successfully earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
