Caroline Barotti

Caroline Barotti has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Caroline currently serves as the Global Head of Investment Compliance - Guideline Implementation & Oversight at Janus Henderson Investors since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Investment Compliance North America at the same company from February 2021 to September 2023.

Before joining Janus Henderson, Caroline worked at Aberdeen Standard Investments for several years. Caroline held various roles, including Head of Investment Control Americas from September 2015 to February 2021, Senior Compliance Officer from October 2014 to August 2015, and Compliance Officer from September 2013 to September 2014.

Caroline also has experience working at T Rowe Price as an Investment Compliance Rule Building Analyst from July 2009 to August 2013 and as an Investment Compliance Monitoring Specialist from September 2008 to July 2009.

Caroline started their career at State Street as a Security Master File Specialist from August 2007 to August 2008 and at Vanguard as a Problem Resolution Analyst from June 2005 to August 2007.

Caroline Barotti completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2005 at the University of Maryland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
