Rob Gregg

Rob Gregg is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with significant experience across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of STAND+, Rob has developed innovative energy-dispersive workplace safety shoes aimed at reducing workplace accidents and mitigating discomfort from prolonged standing. In addition to running STAND+, Rob serves as a mentor at Techstars, an advisory council member for the National League for Nursing, and a board member of SONSIEL. Prior to STAND+, Rob founded and led Rob McAllan, overseeing extensive operational processes and achieving recognition as a GQ featured luxury designer. Rob's previous roles include senior positions in business development and marketing at major companies such as GeistM, Condé Nast, Roc Nation, and Sony Music Entertainment, where significant marketing and brand strategy contributions were made for numerous high-profile artists. Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder and an Entrepreneurial Studies Certificate from the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship.
