Toru Nagao

Toru Nagao has extensive experience in web development and technical support, currently serving as an International Student Advisor at the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Toru worked as a freelance web developer from 2016 to February 2022, developing projects such as a music festival database.
