Hitoshi Hokamura

Hitoshi Hokamura is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food tech and gastronomy sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor and Partner at Scrum Ventures since November 2013, Hokamura also holds advisory roles at Tokyo Food Institute and LABe Digital Gastronomy Lab, where expertise in technology and gastronomy is leveraged for future innovations. As the Founder and Chairman of Food Tech Studio – Bites! and a co-founder of Smart Kitchen Summit Japan, Hokamura fosters collaboration among industry professionals to drive innovation in food and cooking. Additional roles include Special Advisor at All Turtles and Strategic Advisor at Beta Catalyst. An editorial supervisor and co-author of "Food Tech Revolution," Hokamura's academic background includes an MBA from IMD and a BA in Civil Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
