Lou Pirenc has extensive experience in the research and analysis of real estate, data, equities, and leisure and hotels. From 2020 to present, they have served as the Head of Real Estate Research at Jarden. Prior to that, they held various roles at Morgan Stanley from 2002 to 2020, including Global Head of Data - Research Division, Head of Australian Equities Research, Property and REITs Analyst, and Leisure & Hotels Analyst. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Leisure and Hotels Analyst at Credit Suisse, and from 1998 to 2000, they were a Hotel and Valuation Consultant at HVS.
Lou Pirenc has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotelschool The Hague, which was obtained between 1991 and 1996. Following this, between 1996 and 1998, Lou earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from IMHI, which is a joint program offered by Cornell University and ESSEC Business School in Paris and Ithaca.
