Jeremy Parr

Jeremy Parr is a seasoned legal and corporate advisor with significant experience in high-profile roles. Currently serving as a Consultant and Adviser at Jardine Matheson since May 2022, Jeremy previously held the position of Chairman and Governor at Matilda International Hospital from April 2020 to May 2022. From June 2015 to April 2022, Jeremy was the Director and Group General Counsel at Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited, overseeing critical reputational and legal risks for a major Asia-based business group. Prior to that, Jeremy was a Partner and Global Head of the Corporate Division at Linklaters, where leadership responsibilities included managing complex client relationships and transactional work for a global team of legal professionals. Jeremy Parr earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Trinity Hall, Cambridge, between 1980 and 1983, after attending Newcastle under Lyme High School from 1972 to 1979.
