Ghalib Zakir has extensive work experience in the technical and IT field. Ghalib started their career in 2005 as a Technical Support Executive at Autobar, providing technical support to clients and conducting demos. Ghalib then worked at Zultec as a Technical Support Specialist, troubleshooting and resolving incidents for customers.

In 2013, Ghalib joined Globalis International as a Technical Support Specialist, where they coordinated and managed maintenance activities and resolved customer issues. Ghalib later became a Technical Manager, providing technical direction for development and systems integration.

In 2017, Ghalib joined MaliaTec as a Technical Manager, responsible for product proposals, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing support activities. Ghalib then moved to JARLTECH as a Technical Sales Manager, identifying customer needs, explaining technical information, and resolving customer issues.

Currently, Ghalib is the Head of Technical MENA at JARLTECH, where they manage IT operations, identifies sales opportunities, and develops relationships with resellers and strategic accounts. Overall, Ghalib has gained expertise in technical support, management, sales, and relationship-building throughout their career.

In 2001, Ghalib attended BIZTEK Institute of Business & Technology and obtained an A+ Certification.

Then, in 2004, Ghalib received Technical Training from Psionteklogix.

From 2006 to 2008, Ghalib studied at Karachi University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics degree. The field of study is not specified.

In 2006, Ghalib also received Wireless LAN Platform Technical Solution training from Motorola.

In 2009, Ghalib attended a WLAN Technical Workshop at Motorola, focusing on Wireless LAN.
