Regina Matthews

Regina Matthews is an HR Professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving at LTA Manufacturing and Jarrell ISD, Regina has held multiple HR roles, including HR Business Partner at Purple Communications, Inc., and Human Resources Professional at Tresl™. Prior experience includes managerial and generalist roles at Quality Innovation, Inc., and Skyline Ultd Inc., respectively. Regina began their career in retail as a Sales Supervisor at Bealls and served in the US Navy as an E-3. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of the Incarnate Word and an Associate in Applied Science from Del Mar College.
