Sarah Delamore

Associate Principal, Registered Architect at Jasmax

With a track record for delivering pioneering, city-shaping projects in Melbourne, London and Vancouver, Sarah is a highly skilled, versatile architect whose experience lies in the design of large-scale mixed-use, adaptive reuse and transport infrastructure developments.

Sarah excels on complex, innovative projects where she can apply her skills in problem solving, stakeholder management and leading integrated teams. As Design Manager / Project Architect for the New Zealand Pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai, Sarah employed this approach by leading Jasmax’s integrated architecture, interior, landscape, and brand design team as well as the wider global consultant team of engineers, exhibition designers and specialist suppliers across five countries.

LEED-certified, Sarah has passion for sustainable development, evident through her work on Canada’s Earth Tower – a mixed-use development set to become the world’s tallest hybrid wood tower, with a target for zero emissions and Passive House Certification. She was also involved in London’s Paddington Integrated Project, which transformed the Grade 1 listed station into a world-class mixed-use transport interchange, as well as the mixed-use redevelopment of The Pentridge in Melbourne, which aimed to create a sustainable urban hub from a former heritage bluestone prison complex.

With a certificate in Business Management and a Masters in Architecture, Sarah has the ability to understand her clients’ objectives, risks and operating environment.

She believes architecture plays an intrinsic role in creating social dynamics and is driven to design spaces with a strong sense of place, rooted in community.
