Daniel Kepfer Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and industries. Daniel started their career in 2001 as a Logistician & Logs & Records/Technical Publication Manager at Blount Island Command (USMC), where they implemented a new logistical asset tracking program and optimized logistics plans for maritime pre-position ships. Daniel then moved on to 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (HMH-465) (USMC) in 2009, where they worked as a Data Analyst & Maintenance Data Systems Manager, implementing accurate maintenance material management presentations and reducing maintenance documentation errors. In 2013, they joined Commander Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (USMC) as a Senior Technical Instructor, achieving certification as an Instructor Evaluator and providing lecture and multimedia-based training to maintenance personnel. Daniel then became a Maintenance Management Program Inspector at 4th Marine Air Wing Aviation Logistics Division (USMC) in 2015, inspecting programs and implementing new processes and procedures for maintenance managers. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16 as a Senior Enterprise Analyst & Maintenance Data Systems Lead, compiling analytical trends and implementing a Mission Capacity Model tool. Currently, they are working at Javan Engineering as a Lead Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Director, overseeing cost, schedules, and performance of projects within the Asset Management Services Business Group and managing training and mentorship programs. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in program management, maintenance documentation, continuous process improvement, and technical instruction.

Daniel Kepfer Jr. began their education at Columbia College in 2015, where they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies. Daniel then went on to enroll at Ashford University in 2015 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management in 2018. In 2017, Daniel attended Villanova University and obtained a Licentiate degree in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, in January 2023, they received the PM-ProLearn PMP Trained certification from PM-ProLearn.
