Emily Geishecker

Director of Operations, Cofounder at Javelin Biotech

Emily oversees the company’s internal and external scientific operations. Prior to Javelin Biotech, she was the program manager of the Translational Center of Tissue Chip Technologies (TC2T) at MIT. Her responsibilities were to coordinate the scientific projects under the PI’s scientific direction. She managed various research projects with more than $13 million in funding from NIH, CASIS, NSF, and pharmaceutical companies. Emily received her BS and MS degrees in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering from Lehigh University and Certificate in Project Management from Bryant University.
