Rawan Abushmais

Rawan AbuShmais is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Processes and Communication Unit Head, Demand Project Manager, and Strategy and Governance Project Manager at JAWWAL since January 2019. Previously, Rawan worked at JAWWAL from December 2009 to June 2018 as a Telecommunication Quality Assurance Engineer and BSS Engineer, focusing on the operation, configuration, and tuning of GSM radio network elements. Rawan holds a Master's degree in Engineering of Clean Energy & Energy Conservation Strategies and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from An-Najah National University.
