Oksana Sovetnikova

Oksana Sovetnikova has over 16 years of work experience in human resources and recruitment. Oksana began their career in 2005 as an HR at ATH. In 2009 they moved to Dino Systems as an HR Specialist. In 2017, they joined Nexign as a Recruitment Team Lead. In 2019, they became a Recruitment Team Lead and Senior Recruiter at DINS. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Jaxel.

Oksana Sovetnikova attended Russian State Social University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a "Специалист" degree in Психология.
