Faheem then moved on to Burraq Telecom Limited, where they worked as a Category Manager for Prepaid calling cards. After that, they joined Paktel as a Manager of Business Development, responsible for sales planning and monitoring. Following their time at Paktel, Faheem joined Zong CMPak Ltd, where they held various positions including Senior Manager of Business Planning & Development and General Manager. At Jazz, their most recent workplace, they served as the Head of Strategic Projects - Commercial and Head of B2G, where they were responsible for strategic planning, business development, and commercial projects related to marketing, channel planning, financial services, and customer experience.

Faheem Mumtaz obtained an MBA degree in Finance & Marketing from Hamdard University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a B.Comm degree in Commerce from Punjab College of Commerce - Rawalpindi from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Faheem Mumtaz has obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including "Tips for Working Remotely" in 2020 and various certifications related to innovation, teamwork, and business strategy in 2018.
