Sanam Sheikh

Sanam Sheikh has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Sanam began their career as an Internal HR Consultant and Project Manager at Fiverivers Technologies, where they set up the HR department and implemented HR policies. Sanam then worked as a Visiting Faculty Member at Punjab University, teaching HR Consulting to students.

Sanam later joined Abacus Consulting as a Senior Managing Consultant, leading the Surveys Service Area and ensuring quality service delivery. Sanam also worked as an Anchor for a children's program at Wikkid Plus.

Sanam then moved to KSB Pumps Company Limited and DuPont Pioneer, where they held HR management positions and was responsible for coordinating global systems and policies.

In 2015, Sanam became the National Director of Pakistan for SOS Children's Villages International, focusing on strategy implementation and operational efficiency.

Sanam then joined PepsiCo and held multiple roles, including National Franchise Capability Manager and Senior Manager of Commercial Capability. Sanam was responsible for driving sales and franchise capability agendas and leading the design and execution of key account strategies.

Currently, Sanam is working at Jazz as the VP B2B Operations and Customer Experience, overseeing strategy frameworks and HR operations for the company's largest divisions. Sanam also served as the Vice President of Governance, Rewards, and Analytics.

Throughout their career, Sanam has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, HR management, operational efficiency, and leadership.

Sanam Sheikh completed their Masters in Public Administration from the University of the Punjab between 1999 and 2001. Sanam is currently enrolled in the VEON CPO Program in AI & Data Science at the London Business School for the year 2023.
