Shahid Karim

Shahid Karim is an experienced business analyst with a strong background in IT BSS solutions, currently working as an Expert Business Analyst at Jazz since July 2023. Prior to this role, Shahid served as a Senior Executive in IT BSS Planning at Zong CMPak Ltd from April 2017 to June 2023, where comprehensive feasibility assessments were conducted for various Telco BSS projects including CRM and billing systems. Shahid's expertise also includes supporting IT operations and maintenance and overseeing the delivery of radio frequency monitoring projects as an Executive Engineer at Rohde & Schwarz. Shahid holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Bahria University, completed in 2009.
