Mariette Odabashian

Mariette Odabashian, PhD, currently serves as a Medical Science Liaison at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mariette worked as a Senior Scientific Account Executive and Scientific Account Executive at Random42 Scientific Communication from May 2020 to November 2021. Mariette's academic background includes postdoctoral research at Barts Cancer Institute from September 2015 to May 2020, focusing on the functional relationship between EMT-like processes and disease progression in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. The doctoral research, conducted at Queen Mary University of London from 2015 to 2018, involved investigating N-glycosylation sites in follicular lymphoma surface immunoglobulin, with findings published in the journal Blood and presented at multiple international conferences. Mariette holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Southampton (2009-2012) and further education at the University of the West of England (2013-2014).
