Autumn Lesniak has over 15 years of experience in operations and client services within various industries, including pharmaceutical and medical devices. Currently serving in operations and consulting roles at JB Ashtin since January 2017, Autumn plays a pivotal role in process improvement and strategic initiatives as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Previous positions include Admissions Coordinator at Douglas J Aveda Institutes & Salons and multiple leadership roles at JB Ashtin, where Autumn managed client services, business development, and project execution with a focus on compliance and client satisfaction. Autumn's career also includes experience in office management and customer service from earlier roles at Power Cleaning Systems, Quicken Loans, and Salon Nadwa and Day Spa. Autumn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University.
