Sonny Phu

Sonny Phu has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cyber security and infrastructure. Sonny'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Cyber Security & Cloud Infrastructure at JBG SMITH, where they started in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director of Vulnerability & Threat Management at The College Board from February 2018 to April 2021. Sonny also gained valuable experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they held multiple roles, including Sr. Manager of Vulnerability & Threat Management from January 2015 to February 2018. Additionally, they have held positions at CompuCom as an Associate Systems Engineer II and at Micro Electronics Inc as a Lead Sales Representative/Asst. Supervisor. Sonny Phu is currently serving as a Board Member for the Real Estate Cyber Consortium and has also been appointed as a Strategic Advisor for Balance Theory starting in January 2023.
