Naomi Julca

Naomi Julca is an accomplished HR and Talent Acquisition Intern at JBIER Inc. since February 2024, where responsibilities include onboarding new team members and managing the recruiting process. Previously, Naomi served as a Human Resources Intern at the Metropolitan District Commission, overseeing the college internship program and assisting with recruitment and employee events. Further experience includes a role as Human Resources Assistant at Reread Books & More, contributing to job analysis and performance evaluation development, and serving as Director of Lifetime Membership for Tri Delta, which involved planning sisterhood and alumni events. Naomi's career began as a Party Hostess at Fun For Kids. Educationally, Naomi is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
