Alexandria W. is a seasoned professional in child welfare and community development, currently serving as a Keynote Speaker at Alexandria Ware Speaks and as a Lived Experience Expert on the KS SOUL Implementation Team for the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Alexandria W. is the Founder and CEO of Culture Creations Inc, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the foster care system, and has held various roles including National Youth Database Reviewer at JBS International, Inc., Community Growth Initiative Board Member at Wichita State University Community Engagement Institute, and Recruitment Selection Consultant for the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute.
