Don Florek

Don Florek has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various executive roles at Travelers since July 1997, including Vice President positions in National Subrogation, Catastrophe Management, Claim Field Management, National Recovery Center, and Claim Center operations. Currently, Florek serves as Vice President at QuantumSubro, a subsidiary of Travelers that focuses on providing recovery solutions for mass claim events. Prior to Travelers, Florek worked as an Account Manager for National Accounts at AIG and as a Loss Control Consultant at Continental Insurance. Florek has a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University, while also holding an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
