Jennifer Kasten

Jennifer Kasten is the President of JBS International, Inc., where tenure began in June 2009. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President, demonstrating a strong leadership background. Jennifer Kasten possesses extensive expertise in project management, program evaluation, instrumentation design, and survey research, with a focus on public policy, organizational theory, performance measurement, and change analyses. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Researcher at Abt Associates and as a Senior Research Analyst at RTI International. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina.
