Roger Martin

Roger Martin has extensive work experience in operational excellence and operations management. ROGER currently serves as the Global Head of Operational Excellence at JBS since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Moy Park for many years, holding various roles such as Director of Operational Excellence, Director of Operations for Convenience Foods and Supply Chain Optimisation, Director of Operations for Convenience Foods, Primary Added Value & Turkey Processing, Head of Operations, General Manager, Operations Development Manager, Factory Manager, and Department Manager. ROGER'stenure at Moy Park spans from 1992 to 2020.

Roger Martin's education history includes earning an AMP degree in Leadership, Mergers & Acquisitions, Globalisation, Strategic Finance, and Managing Customer Perception from Henley Business School between 2008 and 2010. ROGER also obtained a Management Practice degree from Ulster University from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, they completed their undergraduate studies at Queen's University Belfast, earning a BSc Hons 2.1 in Food Technology from 1993 to 1998.
