Tina Mizgalski

Tina Mizgalski, SPHR, CPCC, currently serves as the HRIS Director at JBT Corporation, a position held since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Engagement Manager at Collaborative Solutions, LLC from April 2016 to September 2018, and Sr. Human Resources Consultant at CedarCrestone from 2009 to April 2016. Tina also held the position of Head of Global Learning Operations at Heidrick & Struggles from April 2003 to January 2009, and worked as a Consultant at The Hunter Group from April 1997 to April 2003. Earlier in the career, Tina was the HRIS Project Leader at Caremark from 1994 to 1997 and began in the field as a Consultant. Education includes a Masters of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Bradley University.
