Neil Beloe

Neil Beloe is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in thermal management and vehicle innovation, currently serving as Engineering Manager at JCB since January 2018. In this role, Neil leads off-highway machine thermal management efforts, ensuring compliance with Stage 5 emissions standards and electrification challenges, while contributing expertise to the world record-setting fastest tractor engineered by JCB. Previously, Neil held various leadership positions at Jaguar Land Rover from 2000 to 2017, including Principal Engineer for HVAC and managing research teams focused on secure connectivity, wellness, and low carbon vehicle technology. Neil's career began at BMW Group, where project management and climate control software development were key responsibilities. Neil holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Coventry University.
