Geoffroy Nardo has a diverse range of work experience. GEOFFROY started their career in 2013 as a Communication and Sponsoring Officer at Dedes Waterfront Group, where they implemented promotional launches and special events. In 2014, they joined Ketil Media as an Advertising Manager, overseeing advertising sales for various media platforms. In 2016, Geoffroy joined JCDecaux as a National Account Manager, eventually progressing to roles such as National Account Director, Senior Key Account Manager, and currently, Head of FMCG, Digital Native Brands & JCDecaux Nurture France.

Geoffroy Nardo completed a "Design Thinking Niveau 1: Expérimenter les méthodologies Design Thinking" course at NUMA in 2021. Previously, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a research path at Toulouse School of Management from 2011 to 2012. In 2010-2011, Geoffroy received a French Lifeguard certificate from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse.
