Luuk Potze

Luuk Potze is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Brink Group since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team of 40 employees across three sites, overseeing P&L, and temporarily handling quality management. Previous roles at Brink Group include R&I NPI Program Manager, implementing a high-volume electric retractable towbar, and Project Manager in the research and innovation department. Luuk Potze has also held positions at e-Traction as a Project & Program Manager, leading international projects, and at Vencer Sportscars as Lead Program Manager focused on project management and engineering. Additionally, Luuk contributed to Spyker Cars as a Development Engineer for powertrains and co-founded RL Motorsports. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences. Luuk is also involved in community service as a board member at CNS Ommerkanaal primary school and has been a member of JCI Nederland since May 2015.
