Keith Melker

Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer at JCPenney

Keith Melker joined JCPenney in 2023 as chief transformation and strategy officer, reporting to Marc Rosen, chief executive officer. In this role, Melker develops and oversees JCPenney’s Transformation office, ensures transformation initiatives are executed to maximize value creation, defines corporate strategy, optimizes corporate processes and explores strategic partnerships for the Company.

Melker most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for Wehner Multifamily, a Texas-based property management company. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief Strategy Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He also has over a decade of experience supporting leading companies during his time at Boston Consulting Group, where he served as Managing Director and Partner.

Melker holds a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.
