Milos Perovic

Milos Perovic has work experience primarily with the JCW Group, starting in 2019. Milos initially worked as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, specializing in financial services in Germany and Switzerland. From October 2019 to March 2020, they served as a Consultant in the same field. In April 2020, they advanced to the role of Senior Consultant, focusing on recruiting in the Risk & Governance markets across the DACH region. Milos continued in this role until December 2020. In January 2021, Milos became a Senior Consultant - Financial Services - Germany, Switzerland & Austria at JCW, where they managed the candidate journey and provided expertise to attract and retain top talent. Finally, in July 2022, they assumed the position of Team Lead Manager at JCW Group.

Milos Perovic has an educational background that includes a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Administration and Conflict Management from the University of Konstanz, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Belgrade, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Milos'shigh school education was completed at the Politehnika School for new technologies, where they received a High School Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Milos Perovic has also obtained certifications in various areas. In April 2019, they completed a training program for HR Administrators offered by Moja obuka d.o.o. Furthermore, in March 2019, they obtained certifications in both Basic and Complex Business Excel Applications from smartEdu.
