Youzheng Wu

Youzheng Wu is a prominent research scientist and senior director at 京东, where since September 2018, leadership has focused on advancements in automatic speech recognition, text to speech, multi-modal dialogue, natural language generation, and knowledge graphs for large-scale applications in intelligent customer service and e-commerce. Previously, from August 2016 to August 2018, Youzheng led the Natural Language Processing Team at 爱奇艺, contributing to various NLP services that achieved hundreds of millions of daily invocations. Prior roles include senior manager at 索尼, overseeing projects related to voice user interfaces, and researcher positions at NICT and Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International. Youzheng holds a PhD in Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, along with a master's and bachelor's degree from Wuhan University.
