Jeff Wear

Jeff Wear has extensive experience in brand licensing and business development. Jeff has held senior roles at J.D. Power and Nike, where they were responsible for driving engagement, account management, and sales. At Nike, they also directed global go-to-market strategies for product launches and managed multi-million dollar businesses in bags, accessories, and licensing. Additionally, they have experience in logistics and supply chain management. Prior to their current positions, Jeff worked as a Principal at WCG - Wear Consulting Group, providing product marketing insights to sporting goods companies.

Jeff Wear attended the University of Portland Pamplin School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management.
