Kristen Smith has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Kristen began their career as an intern at VCI Academy in February 2013 and concluded their internship in April 2014. Following this, Kristen joined J.D. Power in April 2014 as a Research Specialist in the Global Automotive Quality team. In this role, they managed various domestic and global studies focused on customer satisfaction and quality. Kristen also supervised the study delivery process, including planning, fielding, data processing, and creating deliverables. Some of the studies they managed included Seat Quality and Satisfaction Study, UK Vehicle Dependability Study, Germany Vehicle Dependability Study, Canadian Vehicle Dependability Study, and Automotive Media and Marketing Report. In February 2018, Kristen transitioned within J.D. Power to the role of Data Analyst. Kristen'sresponsibilities included providing analysis and data stories based on respondent level data, especially in the areas of Automotive Quality, Automotive Suppliers, and Utilities. Parallel to their career at J.D. Power, Kristen served as a Worship Leader at Journey Church from January 2014 to August 2018.
Kristen Smith attended Oakland University from 2007 to 2013. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree and concentrated their studies in the fields of History, International Relations, and Political Science.
