Millie Morales

Millie Morales is the Chief People Officer at J.D. Power since July 2025, overseeing key initiatives in human resources. Prior to this role, Millie served as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and People Operations at First Advantage and Sterling, leading significant re-designs and integration planning following major corporate mergers. Millie's extensive experience at Assurant spanned over two decades, where roles included SVP of Total Rewards and Wellbeing, contributing to the development of global strategies and compliance initiatives, as well as leading compensation and benefit programs through multiple acquisitions and divestitures. Millie holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University and a BA in Finance from Montclair State University, showcasing a strong educational foundation in business and finance.
