Jack Rawcliffe

Jack Rawcliffe is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the climate technology sector, currently serving as the Founder of Plan B Climatech since 2024, focusing on consulting to combat climate change and reduce carbon emissions. Previously, Jack founded, scaled, and successfully exited JD Ross Energy by mid-2024. With extensive experience in recruitment and energy sectors, Jack held prominent positions including President of Opus Recruitment Solutions and Opus Talent Solutions in the US from 2022-2024, Managing Director at McLean Ross from 2017 to 2020, and EMEA Director at Spencer Ogden from 2012 to 2014. Jack's career began at SThree in various roles, including Sales Team Manager, where involvement in launching new startups was key. Jack holds a BA (Hons) from Lancaster University.
