Adrian Lürssen

Co-founder, VP Strategic Development at JD Supra

Adrian Lürssen has had an extensive career spanning over two decades. Adrian began their career at Yahoo! in 1996 as the Senior Managing Editor, where they were the 28th employee and built and managed the company's first team of editors and writers. In 1999, they co-founded and ran Alltea.com, one of the first online tea retail sites, selling popular brands from around the world. In 2004, they provided communications strategy for San Francisco-based design and branding firm Elixir Design. In 2005, they launched an arts & writing magazine and non-profit literary arts org, PRACTICE: NEW WRITING + ART. Finally, in 2007, they co-founded JD Supra, an online publishing and targeted content distribution platform.

Adrian Lürssen attended George Mason University from 1987 to 1993, where they earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Creative Writing and Literature.
