Greg Hibner

Greg Hibner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles in the commodities and sales industry. Greg is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at J.D. Heiskell since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Hawkeye Gold as President from 2010 to 2022, overseeing its operations as a subsidiary of J.D. Heiskell.

Before joining Hawkeye Gold, Hibner had an extensive tenure at Tate & Lyle, where they held multiple management positions. These roles included Manager of Co-Product Sales, Manager of Co-Product & Ethanol Sales, Merchandising Manager of Corn Gluten Meal and Corn Oil, and Manager of Corn Gluten Meal Sales and International Transportation. In these positions, they were responsible for marketing and overseeing various products, such as corn gluten feed, corn gluten meal, corn germ, and corn oil. Greg also played a key role in increasing domestic rail car feed business in the Southwestern U.S. and directed large-scale ethanol sales to petroleum refiners.

In the early stages of Hibner's career, they worked as a Corn Merchandiser at A.E. Staley Manufacturing Company, where they traded and originated corn for the company's Loudon, Tennessee plant. Greg also worked as a Commodities Management Trainee and Options Trader at A.E. Staley manufacturing.
