Jack Kaulfus

Associate at JDI

Jack has dedicated almost two decades to creating opportunities for people to explore and effectively communicate ideas. At JDI, this means Jack doesn’t shy away from doing the hard work of uncovering truths with clients who wish to help make a lasting difference in the world.

Jack brings 17 years of experience as a teacher, which has taught them the importance of fostering trust to make space for creative collaboration. From co-creating college essay workshop Application Jumpstart to helping digitize and edit Gertrude (the oldest queer literary journal), Jack has made a career of clearing space for growth and encouraging new voices to shine.

Beyond facilitating boundary-pushing conversations, Jack loves the research involved in putting disparate parts together to create something new for audiences. They are fired up about the ways in which JDI clients are moving the world in a more sustainable direction for everyone.
