Robert Blanchard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert currently works as a Project Engineering Manager at JDV Equipment since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Perspecta Labs as a Mechanical Engineer from 2020 to 2023, supporting the US Army DEVCOM AC at Picatinny Arsenal. Their responsibilities included designing and developing a weapons system from concept phase to assembly, using Creo software for creating technical data packages and detailed drawings for fabrication.

In their earlier career, Robert held the position of a Mechanical Design Engineer at HS Design Inc. from 2010 to 2015. Here, they were responsible for designing and developing client projects, including sheet metal design, mechanical detail drawings, prototyping, and manufacturing analysis. Robert also played a crucial role in implementing a Quality Management System and Standard Operating Procedures.

Robert started their career as a Mechanical Designer at Degremont Technologies - Ozonia in 2009 and subsequently worked as a Design Engineer at Heller Industries from 2005 to 2008, where they designed and built convection reflow ovens and supervised manufacturing facilities abroad. Before that, they served as a Senior Design Engineer at Norwalt Design Inc. from 2002 to 2005, designing various machines and maintaining engineering standards.

Robert began their professional journey as a BM3 in the US Navy from 1987 to 1991, where they developed their discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Robert Blanchard attended Hackettstown High School from 1983 to 1987. Robert then went on to study Business Administration at Raritan Valley Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from 2003 to 2010.
