Customer Success Manager at JDXpert

Kay Macayza-Sandford has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kay started their career in 2000 as a Reservations Team Leader at Trafalgar Travel. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Worldwide Travel Expert at GTA. In 2008, Kay joined XLN | for small business, where they initially served as an Account Manager, reviewing customers' bills and recommending new tariffs. Later, they became a B2B Retentions Senior Agent, resolving customer complaints and exceeding targets.

In 2018, Kay transitioned to CybSafe, where they worked as a Customer Success Representative & Onboarding Specialist. Their responsibilities included maintaining client relationships, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring successful onboarding and quarterly health checks for new clients.

From 2019 to 2021, Kay worked as a Customer Success Manager at District Technologies. In this role, they handled the client lifecycle, worked closely with the Product team to provide training on new platform features, and streamlined the onboarding process.

In 2021, Kay joined 7digital as a Client Success Manager. Kay served as an advocate for clients, aligning their business roadmap and analyzing account health to optimize the customer journey.

Currently, Kay is a Customer Success Manager at JDXpert, a position they started in June 2023.

Kay Macayza-Sandford earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Cultural Anthropology and Art History from LaGuardia Community College, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000. In addition, Kay Macayza-Sandford obtained a CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness from a GCHQ-accredited institution in August 2018.
