Caitlin Mundschenk

Caitlin Mundschenk has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President and Regional HR Director at JE Dunn Construction since May 2015, following roles as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager. Responsibilities include managing campus recruitment strategy, executing experienced recruiting for integrated project solutions, and overseeing internship onboarding processes. Previous positions include Campus Relations Coordinator and Student Services Coordinator at the University of Missouri, where significant increases in student engagement and participation were achieved. Additionally, experience as a College Adviser with the Missouri College Advising Corps involved advising students on college planning, contributing to an increase in college attendance rates, and securing substantial scholarship funding. Caitlin holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education-Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
