Paul McFadden

Paul McFadden has held various HR roles throughout their career. Paul started as a Resource Manager at AT&T Universal Card Services in 1991 before moving on to EverBank in 2003 as an AVP/Employee Relations. Paul then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2015 as an HR Manager, before transitioning to JEA in 2017 as an HR Business Partner. Currently, they serve as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at JEA starting in January 2022. Throughout their roles, Paul has demonstrated skills in aligning business objectives with HR practices and ensuring compliance with employment guidelines.

Paul McFadden obtained a BS in Business Management from Clemson University.
