Ruben Koslar

Ruben Koslar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Sciences Po since September 2023, Ruben has also held the position of Counsel at Jeantet - avocats since October 2015, previously working as an Associate in M&A there. Prior experience includes being an Associate and Legal Trainee at Gide Loyrette Nouel from July 2013 to October 2015 and an intern at the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in 2012, focusing on political affairs, human rights, and trade. Early internships at Latham & Watkins and Ashurst provided experience in competition law and loan markets, respectively. Ruben holds a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat (CAPA) from Ecole de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la Cour d’appel de Paris and a Master in Economic Law from Sciences Po, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, and Law from Sciences Po and studies at the University of Cambridge.
