Swati Ojha

Swati Ojha is currently the Manager of Talent Management at Jeavio, a position started in August 2022. Previously, Swati served as the Head of Culture at PEaaS, a Finablr company, from December 2016 to July 2020. Prior to this role, Swati was an HR Consultant and Manager of HR at C-SAM from December 2004 to July 2011, where key responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. Swati holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Gujarat University, completed between 2002 and 2004.
