Camila Fernandez Nova

Camila Fernandez Nova currently holds a position in Strategy and Operations at Jeeves, starting July 2023. In addition, Camila serves as a Financial and M&A Advisor at Alux Management since April 2021, where the focus transitioned to M&A advisory and business consulting. Notably, Camila developed a business plan for a major Oil & Gas brand planning to establish 20 service stations in the Dominican Republic. Camila founded the first female-led search fund in the country while leading Alux Management as an investment fund. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Online Payments at Mercado Libre, Sr. Growth & Business Development Manager for Latin America at PayJoy, and a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company. Early career experience includes positions as a Country Risk Intern at GE Capital, Fiscal Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Finance of the Dominican Republic, and Financial Analyst at CDEEE. Camila holds a Master’s in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, with ongoing education in Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis at Queen's University.
